Who remembers the Coors Light Beer Wolf? I had this shirt in the 80s. Not quite as popular as Spuds McKenzie.

And those hats - I can't find a pic - but that had the college letters or mascot name in bold letters with the college name or nickname underneath them... there was one popular one that said "COCKS" for that new SEC team, the university of south carolina

"The Game" brand bar hat. Although I preferred the "circle hat", still have my LSU one from middle school (circa 96) somewhere:

I miss my middle school Timberlands:

Y’all were some trashy bastards.

This. In high school I wore khaki shorts and Ralph Lauren polo shirts or button down oxfords almost exclusively (not counting school uniform). The only t shirts I had were Tulane,UVA, ski resort t's and those were mostly worn around the house or when fishing or something.

Only saw those Big Johnson tees on white trash who's parents would let their trashy kids where that shite to obviously public school.

I forgot about yaga.
The white boys in my town wore those low rider shirts with the girls and the clowns and the trucks printed on them in one color halftones.

My mom bought me one at Martin’s.
I wore it around my buddies one night and they ridiculed me.

I haven’t worn a store-bought t-shirt since that day.

Rainbow striped knee-high socks. Very intimidating and masculine.

How about the Oregon State Beavers hat in the same mold as Cocks.

I have a bunch of Big Johnson shirts in a plastic tote in the attic. My girlfriend wanted me to give them to goodwill. I just can't let the 90's go yet.

These are the threads where I'm 100% convinced that no matter how much the OT brags about how wealthy and classy they are and start an untold amount of threads on what's trashy or not, that the majority of this board are the trashiest motherfrickers you could imagine.
Yes, Big Johnson tees are and were trashy btw. But please, tell me about how classy you guys all are again

Wrong, but I went to private school with non trashy kids. Pretty much all of us wore polos, Sperry's, khaki shorts etc. I guarantee if anyone wore a Big Johnson t shirt, they would have been picked on mercilessly. But keep telling yourself how "classy" you are

Never said I was, not do I think the big Johnson shirts are. I’m just saying a 12-18 year old kid only wearing sperry’s And polo shirts was very much not the norm in the 90’s early 2000’s.

I too went to private school and would wear your attire on occasion, but definitely not exclusively

Trust me. You aren’t. Things were a lot more fun when being a little trashy every now and then wasn’t the end of the world.
