low key, all that ornate faux tuscan interior design (and some of the exterior) is kinda trash. gives McMansion vibes for 12M.

I never understood the resale value on these houses. If I’m spending $12 million on a house I want it to be spec’s out to my exact liking. From the toilets to the bowling alley and fish tank.
I don’t want to buy someone else’s taste.
