Looks like back to mostly sleet where I am at. Come on now. There is snow there but you can hear the sleet. This has been fun but like in 2014 all I will be able to think about is what could have been had this been all snow.
I am very curious how tomorrows temps will respond. There isn't much on the ground, it would probably take 3 inches or more to really change projected highs but maybe this will. If we stay below freezing or don't get there for long, could be another interesting night on the roads.
I am a teacher but I really need to go back to work Thursday.

I suspect it's coming with the gulf moisture still feeding us. So it starts falling, we get sleet as it cools off and then back to snow. The bright returns on radar are probably melting through a little warm layer that will once again cool off and this band will end with snow much like the last one.

I'm already starting to get more snow mix in with the sleet. Shouldn't be long now till we're back to straight up snow.

Weather channel app now reporting a low of 13. That’s nuts. Also reporting that we have received 2.3 inches of snow in central with another possible less than an inch between now and 10:45.

Back to heavy sleet in Shenandoah. I've never seen snow/sleet/snow/sleet. It literally can not make up it's mind. Crazy.

We went to snow in Pville for about 20 min. Just went back to sleet. The back and forth is so fascinating to me.
