if there is literally no cross traffic, after they have double and triple-checked, i don't blame them for blowing the light. if they sit at the light, traffic may build up behind them, which will have to go around them and causes more of a backup and irks impatient motorists.
now, there are some that blow stop signs and red lights with traffic coming, and they're idiots. but the ones who blow them without any cross traffic are getting out of your way and speeding up your commute by doing so.

As long as there's no traffic at the light and they aren't endangering anyone, why do you care? Do you care if a car does the same thing? Why should that impact you at all? Do you come to a complete stop at every stop sign?
What pisses me off are the ones that do it and expect cars to give them the right of way and either cause or almost cause accidents. Especially at 4 way stops.

Seeing as how they can only go 4 mph or so up the hill and a line of cars formed behind during a busy time I would say that fits.
