ACE index for this season is only in the low 100's. That's rookie numbers. Need to get close to 200 to be in the top 10.

The other two seasons with these type of storm numbers 1933 and 2005 had 5 and 6 majors respectively by this number of storms.
Teddy is about to rack up some ACE though, as it'll be the first true long track strong cane so far this year.
