If you still care about her then give her some space. Don't bother her or anything. If she cares then she will come crawling back. Women love to make irrational decisions

Also. Cut all ties with her. She’ll text you in a week or two tops. Then two weeks after that. It might go on for 6 months. Ask me how I know

I’ve been hung up on the same chick for 14 yrs.

It doesn’t get any easier. Everyday is a struggle for me.

If true, get some serious therapy. I understand the old “you never truly over your first love”, but that’s more referring to that you’ll always look back on that relationship fondly compared to your other exes. It’s not supposed to mean you never get over her or never fall in love again.

What a terrible time to be newly free to slay strange. You're gonna turn into an alcoholic if you weren't already one.

It hurts. It sucks. The only thing that makes it better is time and moving on. Best of luck

Sounds good, but it doesn't alleviate the heartbreak. Eventually, you feel the emptiness that comes from purely physical action that tries to replace the emotional connection you had before.

Time and self-improvement is the only real solution. The more self-improvement that occurs, the less time it takes.

That shite will still hit you, though. The pain is analogous to a box with a sphere in it, and a button that triggers memories/pain. At first, the sphere is huge, and it constantly hits and you feel like shite. Gradually, it gets smaller and smaller, and bounces around with no consequence - but it still pops that button every now and then.

Find a fat girl who wants some dick, spend about three days and three nights giving her every bit you have to give. She'll treat you like a king.

Then realize your ex is the one missing out.

Then slowly regain your manhood you bitch.

Yeah, getting laid when you’re heartbroken is like a heroin junkie getting his fix. Nice while it lasts, but once the hormones wear off, you’re back to your exact same position.

Clearly you've never combined adderall with peptides.

It’s okay to be sad. Acknowledge what happened and acknowledge how you feel. There’s no need to numb the feeling. It’s going to hurt and you can’t change that. Feel the feeling and let it pass in time. It will eventually get easier. In the meantime you can still find little moments of happiness in friends and family, practicing gratitude, work, hobbies, helping others, your faith(even if your an atheist), exercise, setting goals, getting out in nature...
