Never gone through a divorce but just how dumb does one have to believe the court system and lawyers are to not have you explain why you liquidated everything you own over the course of a year or two prior to divorce? Surely if the wife can prove you tried to hide assets and can prove the amount hidden, those will be considered assets, right?

FYI for all you baws out there.. you can rewire any speaker to receive input. IE you can turn any speaker into a microphone with minimal tampering. Plant a sound activated switch and boom. You're in business.

We used to pick on an IT guy at work because he was creepy with cameras in every room of his house. Would have them on one of his screens all day to watch his dogs.

With joint accounts, there isn't much that can be done once it's been withdrawn. It's your own responsibility to track all of your accounts, whether individual or joint

Catch her in the act. Adultery throws out any chance of her having a case.
