Gonna need more info to help you. Hwo do you know there's a Jody? What means have you used so far to catch him? Are you able to hack your girls' texts and Facebook Messenger?

First thing: DO NOT let her know you suspect.

Second: Once you know, DO NOT let on that you know.

Third: Get your evidence. Get your lawyer. Clean out ALL joint financial accounts.

Fourth: Then you tell her when she gets served the papers.

This dude gets it.
OP, LONG GAME here. Start moving assets slowly. If you have kids, set up trusts, be smart, don’t get screwed anymore than you need to. Good luck!

Don't know about that, but if you have it live, you can see when Jody shows up at the house, go and take all the pictures you need.

Convince them to put 360 or some such app on their phone.
Check their location regularly and, when you know they are together, bust them.

I actually know a guy who was messing around on his wife. The dumb shite didn't disable 360 on his phone and led his wife right to where he and another woman were meeting. Him being a complete idiot would be cause enough for a divorce.

Good voice activated recorder with a better external mike. Hide it under her car seat with the mike out of sight. Test it. If there is a Jody she will call him on the way home from work every day. shite, if she's like mine she will be talking to him with the kids in the car. If you want to hear juicy put it in the bedroom and take the kids to Grandma's house.

According to the internets it appears the car needs to be outright or jointly owned by you before you can put a GPS tracker in it. Otherwise your run the risk of privacy invasion risk. Another option to consider is a microphone/recorder. They can be put in places less likely to be seen than a video can for obvious reasons. I would speak with an attorney in another town/city before I started the investigation.

He does get it, it is especially hard though when emotions run high, ive seen texts, mainly from Jody, mostly innocent responses from wife, but still way over the line as far as the volume of texting between them. I may have blown up enough to put her on alert for the time being. I think I’ll take advice and look long term.

Richard Pryor had the best way...Nail down the toilet seat, then just come from work early, and catch him trying to lift it up.

1. Move ALL your money & big ownership items to someone in your family or best friend that you trust beyond any shadow of a doubt.
"Sell" the cars, house, boat, etc. to them. The taxes & notary public fees wil be MORE than worth it.

2. Cash out all the checking, savings, & retirement. Put in a bag in your parents' attic, with or without telling them.

3. When you contact a lawyer, explain to them that you're broke. Don't tell them a thing about moving the money/ownership of anything. Pay for said lawyer in cash.

4. Collect video evidence.

5. Submit evidence to lawyer & file the papers.

6. Collect alimony.

7. "Buy" your stuff back. Enjoy your new life.

8. DO NOT POST A SINGLE THING ABOUT THE DIVORCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA, EMAIL, OR TEXT MESAAGE.

Well, that takes all the fun out of it for the rest of us.

I think he could tell everyone in generalities about the texts

If there’s one thing I learned from the movie Marriage Story, it’s that you also need to consult with every divorce attorney in town. That way she’ll be hard pressed to find someone that can represent her.
