Best way to avoid clogging up the sink due to shaving?

Every 6 months or so this becomes an issue. I assume just use a bowl of water? Or is this problem a fact of life?

i dont know what it is about this stuff but it clears hair from a drain better than anything I have ever seen , and I grew up in a house full of women

Put a paper towel down and flush the towel

I have not had a problem with drains clogging due to shaving. How long do you go between shaves?

I have shaved in the shower for a decade. Not sure why people wouldn't do this.

Work the plunger/stopper several times with running water, after shaving. It helps. Stick a straw down the hole every once in awhile (oh boy).
