My all time favorite was Brutus “the Barber” Beefcake.

But if I had to pick the most under appreciated, I go with the Brooklyn Brawler. He took an arse whippin every week by a different star.

I started watching 80s rasslin about 10-12 years ago and I've always thought Al Perez should've been a star. But I guess he screwed himself threatening to shoot on Flair.

Yep, Bill Eadie even back to his Masked Superstar territory days was extremely under appreciated imo. I never heard one bad thing from any shoot interviews, on the contrary they praised his ability to keep people safe and never called hard spots without softening the blow with his own body. I especially liked when he and Super Destroyer would tag team back in the day.
