You are joking but I seriously give the Saints 5 years before they split.

Check your privilege, Honky.
You get no say in the matter.
You just keep sending them money.

Seems inevitable.
City support and infrastructure are getting to the point where the City of New Orleans does not have the capacity to host an NFL team.

Saints to Metairie (build something on Airline)
Pelicans to Westwego (Alario Center)
Put a AAA baseball team on the Northshore

Tear down the shrine on Airline and build a state of the art facility to host both football and basketball there is plenty of room. Come on Cynthia Lee Sheng, make it happen. Show Teedy how its done.

They can't do it without a huge influx of people from the north shore, Baton Rouge, or Lafayette. And those people are not going to bother with it if crime keeps spinning out of control.
New Orleans is a small, impoverished market. They should be protecting their appeal to tourists as much as possible. That's the only way they can keep these teams, restaurants, hotels, museums, etc.

Bay St Louis. Easy access for the NOLA crowd. Drop it north east of the I-12 and 603 exit. Would create economic boom in that area. There would be a higher ticket demand from outside of the city and certain people cant walk there etc. It will never happen because this would give them the chance to do it right.

This is probably the best idea yet. Right in-between the street recreation and restaurants in NOLA and the airport. Plus you get the security of JPSO.

The New Iberia Haircuts.
The Caeasar’s sponsorship would make even more sense.
