It's pretty gay STA plays their games at a middle school.

OP: check out anything on bluff road, Perkins, anything on 74 and 73.

73 has construction going on right now but if you're willing to stick it out a couple years, it'll be nice.

I don't see how it can be that expensive saying how far away it's from BR. Every time I've been out there I was amazed by the number of mobile homes.

Some people want zero crime, and great schools for their children, thus expensive land/acreage.

Land is definetley expensive in the AP.

Pricing is what's keeping the poors and ghetto trash out.

A friend of mine just built in the Renaissance subdivision off the Pville exit. The houses are all custom built 3-5 br and seems like a nice neighborhood to live in.

we were gonna build in there, but All Star just sold a bunch of lots to DSLD….

it is, but at any rate, we weren't going to chance having our property/home value decrease once DSLD starts putting up homes in Renaissance...

I left Ebr and bought in 7 oaks off la 73. I got a nice house on a big lot, nice neighbors. Commute at 7 am isn't too bad at all since the interstate work is done.

I have a friend selling his in Longwood off 73 in Prairieville. Sounds close to what you're looking for. Close to i10 and kid friendly. Not sure size but probably around that size. Don't have link but it's on fsbobr.

Happened to me in Harbor Crossing off 42. DSLD bought the remaining 2/3 of the lots in the neighborhood. I just sold my house for $20,000 less than I paid for it 4 years ago

Moving to Ascension for my son to start school. I'd like to be close to interstate and closer to Baton Rouge than Gonzales. 2500 SF -3000 SF home in the $300k range +\-.

Currently have my house for sale and meets all request. Manchac place.

Damn that sucks. We almost bought in there 4 years ago. Bought in Shadows of Ascension instead. We love it here, not exactly close to the interstate though.

It may be a little North of what you want to pay, but we live in Legacy Hills and love it. You might think it's worth a little extra. it's on hwy 74, not far from Bluff Rd.

South but good hood for sure. We like delivering to your fine neighborhood as long as it's a double down that way (not one order)

Eta: haha I just got your context. Yea not in his range
