Any city can be the best if you have money or you are close to your family; a bonus if you can have both.

Any of the big Texas cities (SA, Austin, Houston, Dallas or Ft Worth) and the surrounding areas.

I could also live in Boise.

However, it wouldn't be close to extended family. I'm learning personally that the quality of life increases a lot if you are close to your extended family.

Anywhere in the world other than the City of New Orleans to raise a family, but if I had to pick one singular town it would be Naperville, Il.
