You came to the wrong place for a serious answer.
(Walmart money transfer is probably the easiest and cheapest if you need to send cash to someone without a bank account. Or, send them a Walmart prepaid Visa card and you can load funds on it yourself whenever needed)

This is the way to go and ignore the douchebags. I know plenty of people in tough spots, some by their own doing, some not, that don’t have bank accounts. You know your own situation and whether or not the recipient appreciates it you should be thanked. Keep it up and good luck.

NEVER use 'the walmarts' pre-paid visa cards. They are not issued by 'the walmarts', but greendot cards. They are a scam and will nickle and dime the shite and money out of that card.
