They were 33’s with E rating. Rotated every other oil change and got every bit of 70,000 out of them. Couldn’t imagine 2” would make that much of a difference but I have been wrong before.

BB wheels had the best tire prices when I bought mine. I looked all over. I bought 35" nittos and I love them

I average 50-60k miles a year. I have gotten 85-90k miles out of every set of BFG KO's I have run. Getting a set put on tomorrow.

Agree...drove out to Rubicon trail, CA, took the trail, then came home when i was done...
No issues, other than sliding just a little on the dusty rocks at the lake a little over half way

You cannot beat the deal purchasing from discount tire through ebay.
You stack the discounts and then get a rebate too.
My tires were 920 bucks. Discount tire gave 10% off. Ebay gave 15% off. There's a $100 rebate through goodyear.
Tires ended up around 155 a tire instead of 220.

Thanks fellas, I like the look of those TOYO Open Country's for sure. I've honestly never heard of that brand though.
Any experience with Goodyear Duratrac?

I just got some Toyo Open Country AT2s. Tirebuyer.com had them for $100 off when delivered to one of their installers. Locally everyone wanted $880-$935. I got them for $635, installed with lifetime rotation.
They are very quite, but I only have 25 miles on them. Prated tires have a 65k mile warranty.

Good enough to get you thus far down the pipeline.
But no farther.

I’ve had good luck with Nitto.

Toyo Open Country A/T for an everyday driver.
I’ll be getting Open Country R/Ts for my 76 Bronco that’s being restored.

Cooper AT3: good off road, inexpensive, great in rain, quite on the road, long lasting, just not very aggressive looking
Falkin Wildpeak AT3w: Good looking, inexpensive, very very quite on the road, great in rain, Horrible off road, not sure how long lasting because they are on my truck now.

Do you actually go on unimproved roads or just need to look cool cruising the bowling alley parking lot?
Posted on 12/31/18 at 7:14 am to MSWebfoot
Hell of a deal. I’m buying some when my shitty Atturo’s crap out.
Posted on 12/31/18 at 1:44 pm to Koach K
Mostly on road....unimproved roads are few and far between for me but still occasionally.

Mickey Thompson ATZ P3. I have around 60k on mine with at least another 10k miles left on them

Michelin ATs
Not the most aggressive look but you will get a better ride/ lower noise
The Michelin model XGV 75-R14s are the more popular tire

BFG KO2's. STAY AWAY FROM PRO-COMP! They wear fast and are as loud as BFG KM2
