Weather channel reporting 3 feet of water over boardwalk in Kemah at the worst but it's already starting to go down as wind direction changes.

Yep, a stronger storm on this patch could have been real bitch. Luckily, we’re going to be mostly dealing with power outages and blown down fences.
I bet the homeless encampments downtown are not as orderly, and tidy and well-kept as we normally see.
