What do the TD weather gurus think of the Weather Underground App when it comes to rain and wind estimates within 12-24 hours?
I like it because it can give info by zip code, which is much better than the general Houston area forecast.
I realize there is absolutely no larger audience for my zip code, and I absolutely understand the broader focus for the news stations and even Space City Weather.
Just curious if the WU app estimates are considered reliable?

Report from Surfside Beach (island west of Galveston) is winds are starting to pick up. Tide is rising. Main problem is most of the dunes got washed away in the storm 2 weeks ago. Was no point in rebuilding before Beryl.

Whole Foods is such a trash store. Love the lakes course at Wildcat.

WU is a reskin of weatherchannel.com, so it's not horrible...

You mean you don’t like the million blind shots on the Highlands course?
In the Woodlands here. Loaded down with waters, batteries charged for fans, flashlights and lights charged, any other suggestions for preparations up here. I know it’s gonna get a little hairy, but I feel like it should break up a good bit before it gets this far north.

Checking in from Shady Acres....did some prep work to clear the storm drains at the end of the street and get the water we have moving out of here.

Thanks.
The forecast for my zip code doesn’t seem particularly inaccurate from the stuff that I’ve seen for Southwest Houston, Sugar Land, etc that the Boat posted, but I was curious how legit you guys viewed it.

It used to be an app I checked, but once WU and WC were basically the same - I killed WU.
