No necessarily in testicles. Hard to pinpoint exactly where the discomfort is, it's just somewhere down there and its not pleasant. I'm obviously not the only one that feels something weird when poked in the belly button.

I thought you were referring to that nauseating pain you get when hit in the testicles. A pulling sensation might be different. Look up an image of the urachus. It does run down along the wall of your abdomen.

One time my big toe toenail was cut into the quick. I swear to god that when I would hit that toe on something, I would get pain in my dingaling. Now you riddle me that.
