That is the part of the cost-benefit analysis calculus that went sideways here. When there is a dead body involved you start with RUN and work back, when it is "just" a DWI with no dead people or limbs missing the first instinct needs to be take your medicine even if you are a shady fricker.

That makes perfect sense. I was making light of the situation and your post.. I agree, kracker needs to take his medicine.

How much shady shite and malfeasance do you think he got away with during the span of his career when on duty?

I was trying to make a joke about having Obtuse in my back pocket in case I kill a hooker. I don't actually believe stalekracker should be absolved of his crime.

The “dood”arrested and driver of the boat wasn’t LSP. The state trooper was on the boat as a passenger and was also the driver of the truck after getting the boat in the trailer. Now I do t know if he was given any sobriety test at the launch or if he was drinking but he wasn’t the driver of the boat. LSP said they were investigating so we shall see what they do. I agree that they have a lot of negative as of late so I’m sure they will handle this accordingly. I’m curious to the hit and run story however. I don’t know and I’m not taking sides but I’m wondering if it was him just hiring them and bouncing or was there a convo and everyone said they were ok? Idk just wondering if it’s as bad as it seems esp since he wasn’t the driver and at the moment seemed to ignore his oath

One can only imagine how that stop went once he flashed that pretty Louisiana shaped badge.

Some guy that has a tiktok channel and he has some weird cajun schtick where he yells at the screen and shite. He, ALLEGEDLY, helped a buddy leave a hit and run scene. He also has a seasoning line at WalMarks. Oh and Jackmeoff Daniels is stalking me in the thread, accusing me of stalking uncle stalekrack

The more you post people will look him up and benefit him further

Damn you mad at police like Minneapolis city leaders.

Prior to the hit & run, there was a fight at the camp between "Dood" & his first cousin Bryan "Cooter" Nolan who was also the driver of the boat. "Dood" allowed his cousin to leave the scene before authorities got there & helped get his boat loaded on "Dood's" truck. They were going to leave. Sorry but that's not the type of behavior we should expect from a LSP officer. Yes, LSP is investigating the behavior of one it's own but Wildlife & Fisheries is over the entire case including if "Dood" was an accessory to the fact.

I promise you he isn’t benefiting from this attention as it pertains to state police.
If it weren’t for this pressure they’d have tried to sweep it under the rug

shite as is he wasn’t even asked to do field sobriety or a PBT. Lol

So we should let them determine what actually happened instead of the posters in here?

Now make this same post in every OT thread that's discussing a situation that's still under investigation.

That’s definitely at the top of the craziest crap I’ve ever come across on TD, operating boats while drunk is no different than driving a car. Hell, a car might be safer, at least driving a car you don’t have to be worried about a drunk knocking you into the water to drown.

Not meaning it is right or safe, but it is a fact at least in MS, and likely in LA too. When if go out, I expect the other boaters to all be drunk and I take appropriate actions to protect my boat. Head on a swivel. Expect the unexpected.

No shite, Sherlock. Either you were too lazy to read the article, or too stupid to comprehend what was in it. The owner of the boat (that you said was a piece of shite worth $5k), clearly stated that they were sitting idle and 9 fricking people on the party barge tried to get his attention while he headed straight for them before the collision.

Your rambling on about assuming people are drunk, giving wide berths, head on a swivel, expect the unexpected, etc., would have done jack shite to prevent this, yet you keep spouting it like it couldn’t have happened to you. You really are a dense mf.

Does anyone know if information was exchanged by the drunk and the victim or was it truly a hit and run? just crazy to me that someone would leave the scene after that collision without some type of interaction between the boats...especially with a LSP on board the "fleeing" boat.

Interview with Part Barge Owner

She doesn’t say if they exchanged info. She says when they stopped, they asked the perp what they were thinking. Someone in the perp’s boat said, “Y’all were in our lane” (lol).

Someone then asked the perp if they had been drinking and they took off to the boat landing.

well damn that's a worse look than I originally though. I was giving cracker a little leeway thinking maybe they had at least exchanged info...straight up fleeing the scene is inexcusable.

Was it really 9 people on their party barge? That's a lot of witness statements the w&f will have to work with. Uncle kracker might have some issues depending on what they all have to say.
