I'm 6'4 and there are very few problems in the US. However, Europe is a bit tight as the spaces are not made for bigger people.

My wife is really tall, several inches taller than me and I couldn't care less if she wears heels.
Anyway... Tall people develop more hip/joint/knee problems than shorter people do. My FIL was 6'7" and about 300 and was basically crippled by the time he was 50.

I'm 5'8, when we play ping pong my co-workers always ask me to walk under the table and get the ball, every single time. Fortunately my wife is about 5'4 so no biggie on that. As far as sports it didn't affect me in baseball except small strike zone for pitcher. In football I was a fullback so I was able to hit people hard and low.

I can walk in to any store and buy clothes. My 6'11" friends hates that.

I'm 5'8" but my wife is just under 5'11" so the con of not being able to reach stuff is an easy fix when she's home.

Otherwise, I'm never uncomfortable in a car or on an airplane. Nobody is ever out of my size at the store. My dick looks even bigger than it really is. I will live longer. I don't have much to complain about being short.

Tall:

Pros=you know when it's raining sooner. You can find you S/O while walking thru store clothing racks. Easier to hide shite from your kids on top of the fridge & other high furniture. Can usually eat more due to the length of the upper torso/esophagus. High-fives are literal & much cooler. Essentially have all-time shotgun or driver because you can't fit in the back seat. Most people's head are terrifically placed arm rests.

Cons=finding multiple pants that actually fit your waist & length is a PITA. Toilets are typically really low & are harder to get back up from. Shower heads are typically set at mid chest. The driver's seat in too many vehicles doesn't go back nearly enough for comfort. Beds (hotel, guest room, etc.) are hardly ever long enough.

I'm barely 5 ft tall and I love being short. My husband is over 6 ft and has learned that he can hide his candy or other things he doesn't want me to find by putting them up way up high.

I have to use a step-stool to get into our bed. I use long tongs to reach things or use one of those long grabby thingees that my gram gave to me.

Being short has advantages. I can shop for clothes in the kids section. I can buy boots in the boys dept.

I love being short and am quite happy with my lack of height.

I'm 6'7" and the pros easily outweigh the cons.
Yes airplane seats and motel showers are a drag, but in the business world the benefits are huge. I think part of my success has come from the subconscious advantages of being the tallest person in the room.
As s physician I've found that it has been a very comforting aspect of my bedside manner. Many patients have even told me that my size "makes them feel safe".

Yeah, all those things you listed would be humiliating for a guy. Using a stool to get in bed, shopping in thenyoung men's section.

The day my wife hides the candy on a top shelf and I'm climbing up on the counter like a damned toddler is the day I leave for a shorter wife. Luckily, mines only 5'.

Never found a downside to being tall, with the exception that it's difficult to find pants long enough in this town.

My brothers are both taller than me. Both are around 6'-5"

Those things would be humiliating for many women. Shopping in the little girl's department is hardly brag worthy.

I'm 6'-6"... the biggest cons are vehicles, air travel and clothes. That being said, I've never really looked around and said, "damn, I wish I was 5'-10"".

Shorter people are usually better golfers. Less room for error

Shhh! I don't want to hear that about golf. There would be a crying emoji here if I weren't on my phone.

Maybe the opposite is true for women? Some of the pros (Michelle Wie, Jess Korda) are over 6'.

With way less weight than a bigger man than you would be bringing.

yea, I mean, it was high school. I was about 185lbs then. Stay about 170 now. I was small but most of the LBs weren't 240 or anything, most around 200 or so.
