she rinsed it off before taking the picture. The whole "soaking meat to get the blood out" thing is a myth. The blood is gone unless you are one of the idiots who takes a headshot. A few arteries or big veins might have a little blood left in it but the deer doesn't bleed like crazy when you clean it.
