We do for after LSU Games, parades, etc. And around government buildings. But as for trash detail along roads, it's usually volunteers(adopt a road) or community service hour-needing fools.

I don't find the trash bad at all.. I hardly ever see people litter anything except cigarette butts and stuff flying out of a truck bed.
My dad said the trash used to be much, much worse.

many years ago i had to drive from LC to newellton, LA. not much interstate on that drive. it opened my eyes to how trashy this entire state is
that's the problem. this state is just populated with a frick ton of trashy people. all corners, ages, races, sizes, and shapes
that's why our stats are so poor
