I found that eventually I slept long enough, woke up and decided to deal with it. Whatever works for you though.

Make sure that's safe and not a blood thinner... They made me take aspirin.
Also, I ditched pain meds on day 2 because of side affects. I got long release ambien and it made recovery so much better. They are addictive though.
