Initially, I was confused as to what one would have to do with the other. Then I realized that my mistake was thinking you were asking a legitimate question and not an extremely poorly thought out gotcha that was so far off the mark that you then had to burn that tangent to try to bring it home. But I’ve got it now

BRPD is beyond repair. There is a thing called carry forward money. It’s surplus money that is budgeted to the police department, who is then forbidden from spending it. At the end of the year, the money goes back in the general fund for the politicians to award to their friend and get kickbacks. It’s the perfect money laundering engine. That’s why a metro police department will never be done.

Have you actually provided these statistics you keep referencing? I know I’ve asked for citations, but I don’t recall seeing any. And no, not magic. Even if I conceded that there was some mass invasion of crime (which I don’t), I think we are at a fulcrum moment regarding honor based culture within inner city black communities. I’m confident we are going to tip to one side of that fulcrum; you are confident we are going to tip to the other. That’s our fundamental difference
