List is accurate. Boise is a racist city in a racist state with no redeeming qualities. Horrible place full of horrible people.

This was the worst part. It takes a while to connect because their culture is Scandinavian and while polite, are alsovery reserved. The ppl from there are much less likely to open up to outsiders (“a Minnesotan will give you directions to anywhere but their house”)

But there are so many transplants that it isn’t too bad. That’s where I met my first group of friends with rec league sports, that and work.

But eventually made friends with neighbors from Minneapolis and once you’re in, you’re family. Their parents still call me their kid. And it was a way into friendships with lots of Minnesotans

I’ve lived in 5 different states and outside La longer than I lived in La. The illusion any of the cities I mentioned are more aligned with traditional western civilization ideals than they were 25 years ago is retarded.

When you're worse than Shreveport, you've got a lot of work to do.

I’ve been to Seattle and San Fran and very large parts of those cities are some of the biggest shite holes in America. Lots of homeless addicts and trash. This list sucks from my own experience.

When we first got here me and my fiancè were like, why does everyone hate us? Took a little while to realize they aren't being dicks, they're just more reserved.

Another big difference is the drinking culture, or lack thereof. I'm like the village drunk because I'm so used to drinking being so prominent with everything back home. They're a bit less tolerant here with our drunken culture.

Seattle might have its problems, but it’s still a pretty damn nice city. It blows Denver out of the water.

They still have much lower homicide rates than BR or Shreveport. San Francisco has the highest concentration of wealthy people who will gladly pay $2 million in cash to buy a home in Alamo Square. That will never change.

This is why college grads can’t afford homes and we hear nonstop about how hard it is for young people to save money. No college grad trying to support themselves should be paying rent in San Fran.

Hey our governor just mandated that the Ten Commandments be displayed in public classrooms. One step at a time…

1, 3, 5, 8, and 9 are crap. By what metrics did they score these utopias?

I’d go to Boise or Syracuse long before I would go to those 5.

Then you should realize that the best cities for college grads would be those with good economic opportunities, of which all of those cities have.

The study probably just looks at what cities provide recent college grads with the highest salaries. And San Francisco probably would be near the top of that list if you don't factor in cost of living.

Seattle could take a meteor strike and lose half its population and it still wouldn’t come close to being the shithole that Baton Rouge is.

My experience is different in that. Tons and tons of great dive bars and my friends loved drinking.

Join a softball or kickball team for summer spring and broomball team in winter. You’ll meet tons of ppl and each team usually is sponsored by a local bar and will give discounts on booze after the games.

How long have you been there? What neighborhood do you live in?

The % of Minneapolis that's Somali is overblown by outsiders, but that kind of just further proves how bad Somalis are. They cause a whollllle lot of problems, so nobody has any idea that they actually make up just 1.12% of Minnesota's population. (Albeit probably a higher % of the population in the Twin Cities area itself.)

Somalis and Australia Aborigines are the two groups that are so bad that it's actually kind of considered "politically correct" to say bad things about them. Even woke people oftentimes refuse to defend Somalis or Aborigines.

What college graduate would move to BR in the first place? I can understand if you already live there bc you graduated LSU. But I doubt many DePaul graduates are moving to BR.
