Baton Rouge man arrested, accused of raping LSU student in parking lot outside dorm room

Jarrell Rodger, 24, of 4500 Sherwood Common Blvd., Apt. 1219, was booked Wednesday into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on counts of second-degree rape, false imprisonment and telephone harassment.
Rodger and the victim had spent Sunday at Mardi Gras parades in New Orleans, with Rodger's girlfriend and cousin, arrest records indicate.
After the group returned to Baton Rouge in the early hours of Monday, Rodger drove the victim to her LSU dorm. In the parking lot, Rodger locked his car doors and raped the student as she tried to push him away, arrest records said.
In the days following the attack, Rodger repeatedly texted harassing and insulting messages to the victim, the records indicate.
LSU Police arrested Rodger on Wednesday following its investigation.

I could be wrong, but I believe he is saying if you allow someone to "rape" you in a car that you can just open the door and exit at any point then you are really just having consensual sex.
The girl could have flirted with the dude, initiated the sex, enjoyed the sex, and then felt like a guilty whore the next day for banging her friend's bf. Call it a rape, become a victim, not a whore anymore.
Or maybe the dude raped her.
We have certainly seen enough fake rape hoaxes to at least question it.

If she is legit, she should have gone to the hospital for a borescope/pullover rape kit of her snatch. Aren't they able to detect forcible entry and bruising and such? Not a woman, but if the cooter isn't lubed up won't it leave bruises and possible abrasions?
