Is this the house that was once known as the Pennington Mansion?

If yes, I remember it being listed for $18 million not that many years ago.

The realtor name is Crystal Bonin. It really explains how she got the listing.

12.5 million seems like a good price.

Nope ..different house about 4 miles down Highland road...This one is on Old Perkins and is more peck than the pictures can describe...My kids word for bad taste...the dozens of fake gas lanterns on the front brick fence pillars are as bad as it gets...not real in the least. If you spend that much on a house don't put fake gas lights in that change colors ....please.
It is surrounded by some very nice homes including the mansion that the film The Toy with Tom Hanks was filmed in. Not a bad location....but a strange home.

Just had an employee come ask for his check a couple of days early as I was looking at that outdoor kitchen. Kind of put things in a different perspective for me this morning.

It’s been posted on here several times. That’s Gordon McKernans house. He started a chicken finger company here in Baton Rouge after finishing up college at Tennessee where his girlfriend’s dad told him it would never work. Now he’s worth 9.5 million dollars.

So, all of his net worth is in his house?

Damn thats ugly....

I looks like they had 20 different old lady interior designers. None of them had the same style.
