Not sure about now but a BRPD officer had to review them before being sent out initially. I knew one of the guys doing it bc every now and then he’d recognize a driver and let it slide. That was about 10 years ago or so. No idea who does it bc I get them.

The EBR/City of BR model of government is a complete and utter failure. We are one of the highest taxed localities in the country and have absolutely zero to show for it in terms of services.
