Those do it yourself delivery apps have really glorified a job most people wouldn't have been caught dead doing 15-20 years ago. Everyone's mom always warned about not delivering pizzas because of stuff like this.

They probably need more staff, sure, but it's a satellite ER, not a hospital. There's no surgery facilities or inpatient services or cath lab either.
There's only only one BR hospital that does Level 2 trauma, and if they're backed up or you need Level 1, you need to be flown to NO.
But that's my point: EMS knows all of that, and the general public doesn't.
