My first impression was 'reaching for the heavens'. Then I see that it's entitled "Spirit Rising" and I realize, it worked. It's uplifting.

This is a travesty.
It's shite art. I doubt they even thought to cap the ends. They'll fill up with water eventually.
And they didn't even use a local artist. They carpetbagged in some south Arkansas dudes.
