Baton Rouge Busing system question - why the need for the full buses?

The most pathetic thing about CATS, IMHO, has to do with the LSU game day shuttles.

They have first right of refusal when it comes to the school contracting for busses and they always play games with service to try and up their take.

They may miss the first game saying they won’t want to do it then crawfish when someone puts in a bid to do it, then they charge and arm and a leg.


That should be about 7 or so easy pay days a season for them but they have to try and gouge everyone or else they won’t do it.

I guarantee that game days are about the only time you ever see those busses filled to capacity.
