Not if it identifies his family member who is likely the responding vascular/cardiac surgeon. Then you know who the call came from and that they were relaying sensitive information to people not on the case "son im about to scrub in on a slain LEO shot this morning" is just as identifying as saying his name. Because how else would the kid know his dad was about to operate on a LEO?! Do you people ever have to sit in on HIPAA classes? We have them twice a year. So just cause you got the HIPAA practice sheet when you went to the ENT doesn't mean you know what is and what is not a violation.

A friend of mine just said lot of cops flying down Perkins and helicopters. He lives in Jamestown. Wonder what is going on and where they are headed.
