What are the chances of finding an Uber to BR airport at 4:30 am?

Not an issue. Plus drivers can turn the app on sitting at their house and see if anyone wants a ride. no one looking? back to bed.

Actually you cannot schedule a ride in advance. All that does is schedule a REQUEST for a ride be made at a time in the future. It does not find a driver ahead of time and reserve him or her for you.
Meaning if there are no drivers online when your pre-scheduled request is made then you won’t have a ride.
It’s no different than trying to find your ride at the time you need it.

I don’t drive for Uber but I’ve looked into scheduling a ride before for the same reason the OP is and I quickly found out it’s not a viable option. The below is straight from Uber’s website.
Q: Am I guaranteed to get a ride?
A: Uber actively monitors availability to ensure that a car will arrive during the period you schedule a ride, but does not guarantee your scheduled ride. In the rare case a car cannot be found, you’ll be notified immediately.

ALWays has luck getting Uber at this time for airport. Not a problem

You’ll definitely be okay doing Uber at that time. Just reserve one 15 minutes earlier because available ones may be further away than normal.
