Tourneau isn't just second hand they are one of the premiere ADs in the country and probably have the largest allotments of PP and many other high-end brands in the US. They have over their history sold watches under the Tourneau brand some double stamped some white labeled. They currently have a series of lower end Swiss mechanical watches branded Tourneau but I am not sure who makes them.
