Heading to the big pre-party tonight (first time for that) and I have my bidders passes in hand and will be out there Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Looking forward to being back to normal after two years of sparse crowds.

The only one pictured, that is meh to me, is the Porsche. Never understood the appeal of that year. Reminds me of a Volkswagen with pizza cutter tires. I won't even get into the performance.

I hear ya. I only put it in because one of the regular posters in this thread Marco likes them.

I get that, and I know they have a huge following, just never understood it. Now those Shelby Cobras, that a whole other story! Tiny car, with a massive motor couple with sexy lines!

That 1970 Camaro resto mod would be better if it were a split bumper with a normal hood. Also that Pantera looks stunning. Wish there were more Euro cars but BJ is always heavy on 50s-70s American.

I'll be there those days too. I'm not bidding this year. It will be my first time and I am going for the experience.

I am thinking that there will be a good crowd. Are there lots of food and beverage options in the complex?

ETA: the weather forecast looks great

I like cars and stuff but not enough to travel to see them.

If you're ever just passing through the Bham area check out the Barber Motorsports Museum. It is a hell of a museum building and grounds, and usually only around 1/3rd of the collection is ever on display at a given time. So, you get a little different experience every time you go.

We went to that too way back when. I remember meeting one of the Dukes of Hazzard officers there. Not Roscoe, but the other guy that was in there sometimes. I can’t remember his name. Earl, maybe.
