It makes a big difference if you live in Benton versus Shreveport... Bossier is getting worse definitely, I just didn't hear bout all the shite in the letter

That letter is a major shot across the bow to both mayors. A thinly veiled threat that if they don't get control of the two towns, shite with the Air Force will get real.
