This discovery has launched a global arms race to generate sustainable hair follicles that will hold their shape. At the meeting last month, Hamilton’s group proposed one solution. It involves a synthetic scaffold, which Hamilton will describe only as proprietary. The scaffold would be implanted around the cloned follicle to direct the growth of the hair. Stemson Therapeutics recently partnered with the pharmaceutical giant Allergan to develop this scaffold for cloned hair, and Hamilton says they expect to start a clinical trial in humans in about a year and a half.

Those hair transplants are reportedly pretty brutal. They stretch the skin upward from the back of the head so far that the a-hole gets pulled up to the base of the spine. Recipients have to lie in the prone position to take a shite.

Meh, there's a much simpler solution.

My advice to all people dealing with the "unfortunate" years, set yourself free and just shave it. Double check that you don't have an egg head first.

I am not the only person that I know with a full head of hair that chooses to shave it. Much less trouble and if your head isn’t egg shaped it isn't worse than with hair.
