Preconceived bias. It is clear they have it. When you give an opinion, after stating there is not enough information yet for an informed opinion, it is clear you are using what you "want to have happened"

You still refuse to answer the question posed twice:
You're still ignoring me telling you that I already did in this thread.

why is everyone painting a picture as if the cops just shot some guy hanging out at a convenient store?
Because people choose to be ignorant and are too lazy to seek out even a modicum of truth. I bet you can go into NBR and ask 10 random people what happened that night and 7 will tell you the cops just rolled up and blasted the guy without saying a word.

Nope. You didn't.

This is called a guess, and not informed opinion

Several also questioned why officers fired stun guns and tackled Sterling, moves that potentially put the policemen in far greater danger and left them with no ability to safely retreat.
So, SWAT super from a few hundred yards away? So many critics of the action taken with so few alternative ideas even with the benefit of hindsight. Relying to the above quote, not the poster.

Impressive!

you think they will have 3 white people in a NBR bar?

And you wouldn't even express concerns over it or nothing?
Impressive!
And you know this. At this time, there is nothing that leans one way or the other on whether or not the takedown was justified. Which is why only 1/5 experts truly used the info at hand, and not a preconceived bias. It was poor form, poor form

So... they haven't seen most of the evidence but they can come up with these conclusions? Brilliant!!

Nah, you didn't. First you said the experts were correct then you said the cops acted appropriately. You're just stirring up the ant pile. or as we call it - trolling.

How do you think Darren Wilson got exonerated? Black witnesses said Mike Brown was the aggressor.

When it comes to matters like this that will be adjudicated you might want to familiarize yourself with the rules.
Rule 702. Testimony by Expert Witnesses
A witness who is qualified as an expert by knowledge, skill, experience, training, or education may testify in the form of an opinion or otherwise if:
(a) the expert’s scientific, technical, or other specialized knowledge will help the trier of fact to understand the evidence or to determine a fact in issue;
(b) the testimony is based on sufficient facts or data;
(c) the testimony is the product of reliable principles and methods; and
(d) the expert has reliably applied the principles and methods to the facts of the case.
So I will ask my original questions again:
quote:
So these "experts" are are making conclusions without all the facts. I wonder if these individuals will be testifying, or would they even qualify as experts to testify in any judicial proceedings?

Yeah, a lot of Monday morning quarterbacking going on, but I wonder how many would react the same way they suggest the police should have.
There is textbook then there is reality. I don't have the knowledge to know whether the police did everything the way they were suppose to or not, but it appeared as if they did the best possible job they could have in that situation.
If they would not have tased him and it ended up in him being shot, everyone would be wondering why they didn't try to taser him first.

Exactly. The BLM folks would only be satisfied if the cops never showed up at all.

Why in the world would 5 experts, basically all of them feel the need to pander to anyone?
I doubt it was the intent of the "experts" to pander, but I think it is a case of the Advocate asking their opinions, and using creative editing to advance its agenda.
