Saw Raquel on a Carson Tonight Show re-run a few nights ago. She was extremely well-spoken conversationally, and reportedly had a measured IQ well above gifted. She acquired the Welch name through her first marriage, and was born Jo Raquel Tejada, daughter of a Bolivian immigrant. I suspect Trump would have made an exception for her but sent ICE for her dad.
