Spoiler alert:
The episode’s title is taken from a famous soliloquy in Macbeth. It’s also the title of a book involving formula one in Europe in the 60s, a smuggling operation, and a hero with a confidence problem. I read to make sure I wasn’t missing anything in the episode (I don’t think i was). A much easier read than the famous book whose title is taken from the same soliloquy. From Macbeth:
She should have died hereafter;
There would have been a time for such a word.
Tomorrow, and tomorrow, and tomorrow
Creeps in this petty pace from day to day
To the last syllable of recorded time;
And all our yesterdays have lighted fools
