Baton Rouge has one of the ugliest capital city downtown ‘skylines’ I’ve ever seen. It could be great, too. Damned shame.

The one on Highland closed. The one downtown is hanging by a thread. I’ve heard whoever runs the building (LSU I think) wants them out.
