Just bought a new Silverado and I'm looking to get the windows tinted before the actual summer heat gets here. Any suggestions? Oh, and i've already ordered my truck-nutz from Amazon, so I'm good there.

crystalline is top of the line, but costs
for a better than basic tint, i would make sure to ask for ceramic tint. it blocks heat that the cheap stuff wont. it will pay off in the long run especially if you leave your truck in a lot all day in the BR summer. not just so people cant see up in your truck, but it will keep it 20 degrees cooler inside.

Mr. Tint. Get the ceramic tint. It is more effective than the dyed stuff and it won't turn purple on you as the dye degrades. Also, some of the dyed stuff has enough metal in it to make cellphone reception wonky in areas with weak signals. The ceramic films won't do that.

Go and get a 2 year inspection sticker if you’re going illegal so at least you don’t have to worry about that for a while

That's what i've been hearing. I'd rather pay a little extra now than to have to have it redone a few years down the line.
