Thread deleted per good advice

Just so this isn't completely vague, I will just say it was a bad accident. Bad enough that her car flipped a couple times.

I just told her, babe I'm asking the Tiger Droppings folks for advice but I'm gonna have to filter through the meme's and bullshite in hopes of some decent help. She just said good luck with that. I'm prepared. I just hope there's some legit funny comments.

Oh, and no pics of wife. Forgot that one.

Gaze upon the billboards and the answers you seek will be found within.

his insurance wont even talk to you until you have a lawyer

get a damn good lawyer and take his advice and make sure you get paid because the wife could very well have long term health issues later on from this

Step 1: Delete this thread.
Step 2: Call an attorney experienced in personal injury that does not have his face on a billboard anywhere. Call 2 or 3 if you like and meet with each, and figure out the one you feel most comfortable with.
The. End.

Wife and daughter were involved in similar situation a few years ago. You definitely need to get a lawyer to get ALL you can get. Insurance companies only respond to legal action. Do not be a nice guy. Get ALL you can get. It wasn't your wife's fault she got rear-ended. Be a good husband and get as much for your wife that you possibly csn.

The experience is traumatic. shite happens, glad she's ok. Relax, give her some time to heal. If you feel like you are getting screwed, call a lawyer. If not, count your blessings and get on with it.

If it was an 18 wheeler you go Gordon. Was this baw an LSU fan? Dudley Debosier is the official injury attorneys of LSU football so there may be a conflict of interest.

I’d go with Spencer Callahan. He’s got that big new building so he needs to get some big verdicts. He’s motivated. One call, that’s all.

Ok, so I deleted my comments. I guess now I'm open for attorney recommendations that aren't complete sleazeballs.

You don’t have to be a nice guy but trying to get everything you can rather than a fair compensation is why we all pay out the arse for insurance.

Ask people in Lake Charles how they feel about insurance companies and being fair to them.

I'm 100% with you. I'm not trying to be a dick, but she has a good job in a business that JBE and Biden want to destroy so if this accident ends up effecting that then our entire family is screwed long term. That's the only field of work she knows and she's not young, and she wants to go back to work. I'm just afraid she kills herself pushing too hard or becomes reliant on meds. Granted none of that may happen, I'm just hinking about the what ifs right now.

You need to take what the insurance offers, no question. First offer. You don’t want to scare away Fortune 500 companies from Louisiana, do you?

Find a firm that actually tries cases. Not a firm that spends all its time posing for billboards or acting in commercials.

The really good firms don’t need tons of advertising to make money.

Should I proceed on my own negotiating the actual physical vehicle payout so she can begin looking for another car? Is the medical portion a separate thing?
