this is the wrong President for liberals to be going before the IRS, with charges of tax exempt fraud.
The conservatives have a score to settle with Liberals, as Obama and his crew went after conservatives and their tax exempt status.

This won't even make it to court in BR.

i'm just saying, there are some serious axes to grind by the house/senate and their sugar daddies.
it would be nice if Feds came in and stormed the building arresting everyone. Then take away their tax exempt status.
Also, where would cash go? Mayor get to funnel it to other departments? And how the hell did you people vote to give this branch 9mil???

Either to themselves or to their friends' companies who, in turn, give them kickbacks.

In a published response to the audit findings, Capone’s attorney Easy Eddie says the family’s management did not intentionally violate the law but, rather, did not fully understand what was legally permissible.

Feds probably just watching right now, letting the state auditor and Nakamoto do all the work to dig up the dirt before the feds come in dry.

But I need to add that Gravy just posted that he "Just realized" that he "hasn't eaten since Saturday."
Do what you please with this information.

That'd be awesome to see the hammer get dropped on some of those lowlifes, but this is BR and chances of that happening are slim.

Not a great way to lose weight and keep it off. You drop weight quick like that, but you'll gain it all back soon.

Haha. I just went to check what he posted. Post below the one about not eating since Sat:
And someone (likely an OT poster) commented:

When I saw this I REALLY wanted to ask about AS since bad people consistently do bad things and his track record but that's a shite storm I do not want to start.

Laughable, this is an elected official. So freaking dumb.

quote:
“I would ask the DA why he didn’t review the auditor’s report about the Clerk of Court or the Bienville Parish Council on Aging or the Department of Health, which paid out over $1.4 million erroneously,” she said. “I would ask the DA to review that $1.4 million rather than errors the Council on Aging made.
Moore, as East Baton Rouge Parish’s district attorney, does not have jurisdiction over a state agency like the Department of Health or another parish Council on Aging.

Yeah, she was trying to say that the COA shouldn't be held accountable for nefarious activities because they did some good stuff in the past. That whole organization and it's cronies are pathetic. But, the typical suspects will come to their defense as usual.

DA should respond to her and put her on blast for being an elected official of the parish and not understanding why...
