I said this earlier today in this thread, but Gravy is desperate right now. He knows all to well his window of opportunity for fame is quickly closing with the flop of a protest last week and everyone calling his bullshite out on the Judge Erwin mess and the CoA corruption. He knew going into this he had to make a statement and getting arrested so he could play martyr was all apart of his plan.
Unfortunately everyone is just laughing at him and his moment to speak in the opportunity was rambling nonsense. Only making him a further joke to the EBR community

Now she's saying that since the city provided the garbage can to a resident, it's the city's responsibility that it fell in a ditch.

They actually might have a claim that the City-Parish does not have a routine maintenance to clear drains. But that ditch could have been clear and this still happened.

Completely unrelated to Gravy, but the city contracted out some gas line work in my neighborhood and they literally covered a drain with about three feet of dirt.
The ditch floods into my back yard now and has since killed all the grass back there.
Been trying to get someone to unclog it, but its BR what are you gonna do.

The comments on HH facebook about gary getting arrested are great......
she is telling people he was literally arrested for speaking. and thats it. No mention of resisting the police. No mention of him breaking the rules that were clearly established at the beginning of the meeting.
