I’ve ridden Marta once in the last 15 or so years and that was only because a friend didn’t want to pay airport parking before a flight. I forget it’s even a thing and I’ve lived Atlanta metro for 25 years.

Giuliani's broken window campaign arrested a lot of fare beaters. If they didn't have ID they were taken in and finger printed. They caught quite a few criminals with major warrants out on them that way.
