Imagine slamming yourself into glass on video to avoid a $3 fare

But also, spending 130m on glass to collect $3

I know, I know, one’s got a goofy video to watch but the you should be far more baffled that Atlanta is claiming the glass she broke was $43.3M

Must be nice being able to take advantage of things you don't have to pay for or pay into, destroy them, then have the people you hate the most taxed to oblivion to pay for it again.

Dang! Sorry to say i only have one upvote for this.

Just did the math. If the average fare is $7, and we map this out over 10 yrs (3,650 days), they would have to prevent roughly $5k per day in theft, or 725 thieving passengers per day.

I was told there is no math allowed on the OT,

But from a fellow napkin math pusher, How much would it have cost just to have an officer stationed at every exit?

I think we get complacent into thinking that automation or devices are a replacement of the human element. But then you have to have the officers actually hand out tickets and enforce the law. The other issue is the society has grown weak on petty crimes and lack of enforcement only emboldens the criminal mind.

There is a reason Fulton is shaped like a barbell, gotta tax those productives in Alpharetta to pay for shite like this.

North Fulton is part of Fulton because Milton County was bailed out in the 30s

Are the Braves in ATL? No. They're in Cobb.

They’re less than a mile from the city limits thanks to the county giving them the store.

Imagine believing this

Good point. Chances are good it cost 5% of that, and the other 95% of the money went to the Demonrats that run the city to line their pockets while crying racism.

I would be remiss if I didn't point out they likely gave the governor some cash as well to avoid any further "investigations". Seems to work that way in MN too.

And you can forget about the opposition looking into anything. They are paid off too.
