So cops were invented in the northern U.S. I never knew that.

Well I'm no criminal, but since cops are not allowed and I can get away with robbery and vandalism without getting caught, I think I might do that now. (I'm kidding of course)

As the business owner, he ought to be able to run it as he sees fit...and reasonable people should be able to patronize his competition because he's an idiot, or a racist, or a bigot, or whatever reason they do or do not want to spend money at his joint.. Everybody wins.

I agree, but there is a problem, and that is the double standard. If you opened a gym across the street from this dipshit, and put up a sign that said "no hood rats allowed" eventually you'd have some form of government down on you.
