Baw stalls on the side of the highway are a dime-a-dozen in this city. Anyone who calls 911 specifically for those are wasting their time.

Not if the car is blocking 2/3 of a lane, which I described in OP - that is actually dangerous

Blocking the road or any obstacles in the actual road are always dangerous in high traffic areas

Maybe should of called 511, which is the DOT H.E.R.O.unit number in lieu of 911?

I was not aware of that

Will use in the future

My livelihood depends on clear and safe roads, so I probably care about this type of shite more than most…

I apologize for calling you a gaping pussy.

I just love my city and I don't like it when people attack it unprovoked. You had a legit gripe, but most don't.

I actually still love Atlanta as well, I’m an actual native with family ties that date back to well before the War Between the States

My grandfather kept his main office on University (he always bought land for his company in economically depressed areas) - remember the Wendy’s deal on University where riots went down a few years back? I’ve eaten there on numerous occasions - that story actually jarred me a little and made my heart bleed for my original hometown…

I could still drive from that Wendy’s to the old Atlanta/Fulton County Stadium through those neighborhoods without cell phone maps…

I do hope you are correct about the mayor, I know that ours is doing a good job and has revitalized Bham in a big way - Atlanta really needs strong leadership right now

My dad moved us in 1984 on my 3rd birthday from Pittsburgh. I've grown up here but I love both cities equally. Pittsburgh is my familial home and where my roots are at, but Atlanta is where I grew up and where I am raising my daughter so I have strong pull to both.

Atlanta had great leadership w/Franklin and especially Reed, and w/Maynard Jackson(RIP) before them, but fell off a cliff w/KLB. Hopefully Dickens goes back the other way.

The whole area of Lindbergh is garbage. It isn’t considered buckhead what so ever. It’s really no mans land. It’s between buckhead and midtown. Itll be the next hot spot of development. But yes the city is very ghetto. However, nobody with a brain in Atlanta considers Lindbergh affluent

I met a client for lunch in downtown ATL last week. It looks like the walking dead with homeless now.

Suburbs are pretty AF though.

I visited Pittsburgh for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Surprisingly lovely place, though the airport is pigshit.

Atlanta has some great things Damn but it’s such a PITA to drive through. So many fricking people. I couldn’t live there.
Vestavia, Mt Brook, Hoover is my speed. Downtown Birmingham for dinner and drinks on the weekend if we’re feeling frisky.

You’re just a typical dumbass but I won’t flatter you. I’d say half of Atlanta is a dump. The eastern half; which is clearly where you never went through, is a pretty great place to live and work.

Wow, you saw a couple of bums and a stalled car, and APD didn’t get back to you about the latter.

Man, I’m so glad you made it out alive.

This…Lindbergh is a patch of hood between Buckhead and Morningside.

The only shitty city leader Atlanta has had in the last 15 years has been Keisha Lance Bottoms, she couldn't lead a bachelorette party to a male strip club.

God, KLB was so bad, she could go neck and neck with LaToya. And her damn husband is a VP at Home Depot, so they’d have her in regularly to give speeches. You could immediately tell who all of the libtards in the office were when they attended them.

No it's not.

It has gentrified greatly the last 15-20 years.

Pittsburgh is a hidden/underrated gem of a town. The capital and biggest city in Appalachia.

The airport itself is nice, not too big and easy to navigate, but it's 20 miles west of Downtown in the middle of an old dairy farm. If it were 5 more minutes west it'd be in a different county. (Beaver)
