not enough traffic in that picture to be Atlanta.

I’m not confident you can calculate compounding interest

Half of those might be built, only because Atlanta still has a decent economy.
Half of these get stuck in the financing phase and commercial real estate demand isn't what it used to be.

Nice to pretend but that rendering isn’t happening by 2035 much less 2030. There is one tall building currently under construction at 1072 West Peachtree. It is a 60 story being built by Turner Construction for the Rockefeller Group. All others out for bid right now that could possibly start in the next 6 months to a year are 20-30 stories and there is only a handful.

Norfolk Southern's brand new big arse building will be on the market soon if the merger happens.

Becoming a doctor in today's private equity world is basically a guarantee to hate your life

Fixed
at near full employment you'll have to import people to do these jobs.

Have you seen Austin’s skyline lately? Crazy how much it’s grown. Then there’s cities like Tampa which have also grown but their skyline is rather small compared to another city in similar size.

My 1st thought. If many are remoting and the younger generations aren’t working, who will be there?

My son just took the MCAT on Saturday. Should have told him not to waste his time.

No chance all of those happen and a 50 story building usually takes 3-4 years to complete from the time construction starts so even if they start some now/soon they may not be done by 2030.

Import third world, become third world. Those buildings will be crumbling within a couple decades thanks to substandard work from the average Jorge Golpe.
Our current generation of should've-been tradesmen have been eliminated thanks to the college-or-bust attitude of Americans the last 40 years, though, so, we are quite screwed regardless.
